Replacement for Goblet squats
Hi all,
I’m doing this fairly beginner workout which has goblet squats as it’s first movement which I’m looking to swap out as I’m finding it hard to progress on my legs before my arms and shoulders give up.
Can you give me some alternatives? Some things to note: I already do leg press, leg extension and some more hamstring work on my second leg day so this would be as a direct replacement for goblets as the primary movement on my first leg day?
I’m not a massive fan of squats even though they are solid, I was thinking bulgarian split squats? And if so what variation: dumbell, smith machine etc.
